Parents’ Club Business:
Book Fair & Read-a-thon: Read-a-thon will go May 9-20 and the Book Fair will be May 17-20. Jenaya offered to chair the Book Fair. Jenaya offered to chair theBoof Fair. When the school knows more about DOH guidelines for school parent volunteers, a request will be posted in Parent Square. Ashlee Rimmeried has led this event in the past, someone will ask her about set-up details.
I-5 Raffle Tickets: Prize is a new Ford Bronco. Erica has called about tickets and we've requested 1000 tickets to sell starting in April. It costs our organization $300 to sell tickets. We sell for $10 each, we keep 100% of the profit. Lyndsey will renew the gamblimg license in June.
Mrs. Stephens was not present but would like to request that Parents Club purchase one more ukulele. Erica will confirm and Lyndsay can purchase from Yenny's.
Maple Bars for Mom will be May 5. Donuts for Dad will be May 26. We will have donuts and coffee outside under the awning 7:45-8:15 at school drop off. Classes can do decorations.
Missoula Children's Theater did not occur this year, but we will roll the deposit over to next year. We will need ro reserve Corbet Theater and have a back up location. Possibly the church where Mrs. Stephen's husband is pastor.
Field Day typically occurs during thr last week of school. Mrs. Talley will asl teachers what day works best. Last year the school went to the rollerdrome. Lyndsay will look into this and other possibilities oe suggestions like bowling or Insert Coin arcade. Bus transportation will need to be arranged.
School Anniversary: Next year, 2022-23, will be the 100th year of the school. Mrs. Talley is looking for people interested in being on a committee to help celebrate throughoutthe year and to acknowledge and honor past alumni. Event ideas are the Back to School BBQ, Auction and a spring event. Looking for past photod, yearbooks and spreading the word on social media.
Masks: Starting Monday, March 14th, masks will no longer be required at school, however masks are always optional and parents are requested to speak to their students about respecting the choice of others. DOH guidelines are still evolving, so as some group gatherings, masks may still be required. School Council is lookimg omtp possibly having a once a month Pledge and Prayer gathering in the morning outside.
Free Dress pass for students whose parents attended tonight's Auction & Parent’s Club meeting. May be used for any day except Mass full dress days.

AUCTION:
Proceeds from the auction will go toward next years budget. There was about half the attendance as last year but, donations exceeded expectat The auction committee will have a meeting to re-evaluate and are still working on reimbursements and production costs. Final totals from online and live auction will be available soon. An auction survey will be sent out to attendees soon. Auction photos of every student are available to purchase, contact Christina at the office to view and order. Volunteer hours are still available to putaway boxes and tables at the school.
- There will be reminder emails sent out to auction volunteers for times/locations.
- Set-up is Friday morning Feb. 25 around 8am. Meet at the school and help bring over auction items to the Blue Pavillion. Travis Gonia is the lead for set-up. Rebecca Peterson says they have a covered trailer to help haul items.
- Feb. 16th is the Auction Catalog deadline. Descriptions and donor info need to be sent to Sena.
- The Auction Catalog is printed at the school and folded and stapled during set-up.
- On Saturday, the doors open at 6pm. Check-in volunteers need to arrive by 5-5:30pm and plan to stay till 10pm. Shannon will help train check-in volunteers before the auction.
- About 120 auction tickets are still available.
- 3 Sponsors: Rainier Connect, Washington Ortho, The Power Shop. Let them know you’re thankful! Some will have tables at the auction.
- Volunteers at the event can purchase dinner tickets for $23. Let Shannon or Christina know for head count soon.
- Sunday is clean up day, 7am - Noon.
- Amanda Singleton is leading Dessert Dash. Still in need of a couple more desserts. There will be a refrigerator set up for cold desserts.
- The Online Auction goes from Feb. 25 - March 4 (8 days). Free to attend and anyone can participate. The items available are separate from the Live Auction. Purchased items will be available to pick up the following Monday at the school.
- Contact Cassandra or Erika Katt about preparing Auction baskets or to help gather procurements. They meet upstairs at the parish office across from the school parking lot.
