Before School Care is offered from 7:15AM to 8:00AM and After School Care until 6:00 PM. Please read the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions:

1. Before school care is available from 7:15 AM to 8:00 AM and is $3.00 per day.
2. The Wee Kids runs from 11:15 AM to 3:00 PM.
3. The Kids Club runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
4. The cost for Wee Kids is $5.00 an hour.
5. The cost for Kids Club is $5.00 an hour and $1.00 for snack.
6. ALL CHILDREN SHOULD BE PICKED UP BY 6 PM. The cost of Kids Club after 6:00 PM is $5.00 per minute, per child.
7. Wee Kids and Kids Club charges are billed at the end of the month and the bills are sent home in the family packet.
8. NO STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PLAYGROUND WITHOUT STAFF SUPERVISION.
9. If your account goes over 30 days or $100 you will be suspended from using this service until your account is paid in full.
10. Parent or authorized person MUST sign the student out from Wee Kids and Kids Club EVERY day!

After School

Each year there are changes that come with the start of another school term. So that we can hopefully avoid some of the confusion with Kids Club and After School Activities, we are notifying each family of the expectations to follow in the event of these situations. No set of guidelines can cover every situation; however, common sense always prevails and our children’s safety is foremost.

Students are to be picked up prior to 3:15 p.m. to avoid going to Kids Club.

Please do not leave your children unsupervised on the playground while you are conducting business inside or outside the building.

If parents are going to be a few minutes late, they can send a note with their children giving them permission to stand at the front door (inside the front door) and wait for their approved pick up person. Because of RCW’s and insurance policies, children cannot be left unsupervised on school property after 3:15pm.

If your child is in after school activities such as choir or sports, they will need to be picked up promptly after the activity ends or they will be sent to Kids Club.

On early release days students are required to provide their own lunch, there is no lunch service on these days.

Parents are required to sign their children out each day including the time of pick up. This eliminates questions concerning time issues when billing is sent at the end of the month.

The school offers this as a service to parents. Please be considerate.
