Our school operates and depends on donations from individuals, businesses, fundraisers, and grants as well as the tuition charged for admissions. We receive grants from the following to aid in our admissions and operations costs.
The Fulcrum Grant: for technology updates to help replace ipads, imacs, and laptops for teachers.
The Elizabeth A. Lynn Foundation Grant: will help replace carpets in the school when we receive it.
Garneau-Nicon Foundation Grant:
which helps with the heating and air.
Without these donations and grants we would not be able to provide the outstanding learning experience we are able to provide to our students.
School Mission
In harmony with gifts given by God to each individual, we at St Joseph school are dedicated to developing responsible, caring, productive citizens and life-long learners in partnership with parish, parents and local communities within a Catholic, Christian atmosphere.
Philosophy
St Joseph School is a community of educators and students who value cooperation as well as independence. The school believes each person is a child of God and that we must help each student to discover authentic signs of His presence as he/she grows in a relationship with God. St Joseph School values good Christian conduct, sportsmanship, and cooperation. The promotion of a positive self-image and an understanding of the dignity of every individual is important. Self-discipline is stressed because it develops self-control, character, efficiency, consideration for others, and the ability to make well-reasoned choices.
